National Nude Day in the US - July 14
is a welcome holiday on this very hot and sizzling July day!

Within the nudist, naturalist and and just plain fun folks, National Nude Day is very important. It gives yet another "excuse" to take it all off and cool down by the pool.
Of course, you can't break any lewd or decency laws to celebrate the day but, you can find a nice beach, quiet place or your own living room to share this very special day with friends.

I hope that someday the sight of bare breasts in public will not cause emergency calls to the National Security Agencies or people to go in full battle mode to eradicate this "evil-indecency" from the streets.
In the mean time. Take it all off from Sea to Shining Sea!!!!!

The UK's first ever naked shopping event has been held in Central London. There was a poor turnout for the event with only about 15 naturists turning up at the Plaza shopping center in Oxford Street.

Catch "Breasts" on the SUNDANCE channel:

A candid approach to breasts and their health is visited by 20 women in this insightful documentary.

This is a very interesting and "revealing" documentary about breasts and their owners. I enjoyed the frank and refreshing approach to the piece. The Sundance Channel still shows this documentary now and again. Check your local listings for schedules.

This is a few years old, but still a great watch.
Photographer Spencer Tunick travels the U.S. in search of volunteers to pose nude for his outlaw photo-shoots, all of them done out in public and often without legal permits. This documentray chronicles Tunick's logistic nightmares, his brushes with the law, and the free-spirit-volunteers who discard their inhibitions for his artistic vision, and their own personal concepts of self-gratification

The third Friday in October each year is National Mammography Day, first proclaimed in 1993. On this day, or throughout the month, radiologists provide discounted or free screening mammogram's. In 2013, National Mammography Day will be celebrated on October 18.

The article contends that Japanese women has made this practice a hit.
Humm, unfortunately the article lacks the all important evidence in pictures. I guess it is up to me and you, to do some "field testing" and come up with our own results.
